At JustPets.co.za, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and convenient as possible. We carefully process every order and work with reliable delivery partners to get your pet products to you safely.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, supplier availability and your delivery location.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 working days
- Selected items: 5–8 working days
The applicable estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated or displayed for the relevant product where applicable.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders may take additional time to process during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or periods of exceptionally high order volumes.
3. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, peak-season demand or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will assist in tracking your order.
4. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order.
JustPets.co.za cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been handed to the courier.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please retain the packaging and take photographs of the package and products where possible, as these may be required to assist with the investigation and resolution.
